Footnotes is a Toronto-based street dance company founded in 2014 where students train in foundations, techniques, and history of street dance culture.

The goal is not to teach people to move exactly like the instructors but rather to help students better understand themselves within the dance culture and refine their own movements

This workshop will focus on Hip Hop, Floorwork, Popping, Locking, and building on your Freestyling skills.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: PYRO

Pyro began his dance career in 2000 and later transitioned to the film and TV industry. Since 2007, he has traveled globally to mentor students and co-founded Footnotes Street Dance Academy. Pyro's passion and dedication comes from training the next generation of dancers.
